Lambda Chi Alpha makes sure that academics is a high priority for each member, and pushes them to strive for the highest academic achievement.
Some claim that one's individual academic performance is of no importance to the fraternity. Nothing is farther from the truth. Each member's academic behavior reflects upon the fraternity, just as his day-to-day behavior does. Not only do we have a brotherly responsibility to help a man develop his potential, but it is also our duty to see that his performance reflects favorably upon all of Lambda Chi Alpha.
Every chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha appoints a High Sigma who devotes his time to helping members improve their grades. He uses incentive programs and study hours at the university library to help members in achieving that higher academic standard. The chapter also offers scholarships based on the highest Associate Member and Active Member G.P.A.
